About Managhan Law Firm

Attorney William Managhan is a graduate of the University of Montana School of Law. He was admitted to the Montana State Bar in 2000 and has practiced law for over 9 years. Guided by his personal experiences with accident injury claims, insurance companies, corporations and government,  William has developed a passionate interest in protecting the interests of consumers, accident and fraud victims.
 
He also brings a wide scope of interpersonal skills and experience to conflict resolution, negotiations and mediation, and has a diverse, native Montanan background. He was raised on the Flathead Reservation and in Missoula, and has also lived in Helena and Kalispell. He has worked as a welder, logger, ranch hand and law clerk. He was also a nationally ranked gymnast, attended Big Sky High School and earned his Bachelors degree from the University of Montana.
As an attorney, Mr. Managhan has been responsible for:
  • Six Civil District Court Cases to Jury Verdict.
  • Thirteen Montana Supreme Court Appeals.
  • Two criminal cases in Municipal Court and one civil case in JP Court while working as a Legal Intern for ASUM Legal Services.
After graduating from Law School, Mr. Managhan worked as a Law Clerk for the Montana Supreme Court with the Honorable Justices William E. Hunt, Sr. and Patricia O. Cotter. His additional experience includes:
